Congratulations to Sebastian "Seb" 🎉 —our NJIEC Apprentice of the Month! Currently in Year 1 of the E Apprenticeship Program, Seb is already making waves in the electrical industry. With an impressive 90% grade average, he’s proving that dedication, discipline, and the right training path lead to a successful start in the trades.
Seb completes his training online through the IEC Chesapeake chapter—one of 13 IEC chapters that collectively support over 400 apprentices in the E Apprenticeship Program. This flexible, high-quality education allows students like Seb to train on their schedule while gaining real-world experience with their employers.
Currently working with GenForce Power Inc. in Ramsey, New Jersey, Seb brings his drive and passion to the job every day. Outside of his apprenticeship, he’s fueled by a love for fast cars, faster bikes, and lifting heavy weights. His success is rooted in the support of those around him:
“Thanks to my family and friends for guiding me toward a successful future.”
At NJIEC, we’re proud to spotlight apprentices like Seb, who represent the next generation of skilled electricians in New Jersey. Our Department of Labor-approved Electrical Apprenticeship Program combines online coursework, hands-on training, and career-building mentorship—setting our students up for long-term success in the electrical field.
