Building Smart Systems in New Jersey: Byall Automation Joins NJIEC

We’re excited to welcome Byall Automation to the New Jersey Independent Electrical Contractors (NJIEC). Led by David Fatih Caglar, Byall Automation brings a strong background in low-voltage systems, technology, and systems integration to the NJ electrical contracting community.

Based in New Jersey, David has spent more than seven years in the field, building hands-on experience across commercial and public facility projects. His work focuses on structured cabling, access control, and security systems, with an emphasis on doing things the right way — safely, compliantly, and to a high standard.

Why NJIEC?

Even as a new member, David says NJIEC has already proven valuable. “Being part of NJIEC has helped us navigate apprenticeship compliance and public works requirements,” he shared. “Having access to that guidance early on makes a big difference for growing contractors.”

What Drew Him to the Trade
